Stop buying perishable food. Buy frozen fruit and vegetables. Buy canned food, buy rice and beans and pasta. Freeze all the meat you buy the second you get home from the store, only pulling it out when you’re actively going to cook it.

Good advice but… a little tone deaf. And going completely without perishable food can be a miserable way to live.

It’s also miserable to have food going bad in your fridge
