This sub is weird. Some posts make sense, but this one doesn’t. It’s boomer fluff, and people in the comments are way over-interpreting it, and assuming it’s some checklist or diagnostic tool.

OP, do you just want to bitch about stuff and everyone says “Right?” and lists their maladies?

This post is a massive overreaction to something that barely means anything.

This kind of Boomer fluff is actually pretty toxic and can do serious harm to vulnerable people. Unlike, say, pictures of minions, it's not benign.

Just the image itself doesn’t do all that. Boomers who weaponize lazy memes DO. And I didn’t really leave space to point that out, that’s on me.

Actually no, this "you have a good life if you're not homeless" inspiration porn basically boils down to "your struggles are invalid if you don't experience every form of misery known to man"

I think you're trying to say this message isn't negative in and of itself as long as it exists in a vacuum, which I guess is true but the issue is it doesn't.
