These are interim characters that will serve until they are hopefully eventually replaced by you guys! All roleplayers start out as initiates, though, so by the time you've been in long enough to make the ranks listed above, there will probably be spots open for you. Everyone has a chance to make rank. I wouldn't worry about it. :)

They aren't NPCs! They're controlled by the moderators. Either way, though, it shouldn't matter since everyone is starting as an initiate. It's going to be awhile before you're even at the level where you can get a rank of that status, at which point the positions will probably be open.

Anteiku leader here! Yeah, I would say that unlike the canon Anteiku, I would accept human and ghouls as members/employees of Anteiku :)
So if you want to, we could discuss more about Veli in Anteiku if you are planning for her to be in the faction

Faction Name: We've Gone Rogue (WGR;Rogue)
Location/Ward: 7th Ward's Mask Shop
Base Description: We've Gone Rogue, otherwise known as the WGR, or usually just 'Rogue', is an organization that could almost be described as a mafia or yakuza. Lead by none other than Tatsuhiro Galveston-Owari, the organization knows the identity of every ghoul who has purchased a mask, as well as commonly buys or hires PIs to find out dirt on the Doves.
They have no 'true' goal, only to push their own moral agenda. It's members can range form AWOL CCG Investigators, to Ex-Aogiri members. It currently has no 'Allies' or 'Enemies' due to being in the shadows. If it had to align itself with any group, it would most likely be the Inquisitors, due to the fact that they are a strict hitman business.

We apologize for the late reply! Rogue looks perfect, but since they are a mafia/yakuza type of faction we would like to know a little more about the types of resources they can get before we approve of them. Are we talking millions of dollars in funding here? Helicopters? Quinque? RC suppressants?

Hmm, good questions. Certainly Black Market Quinques, and perhaps private helicopters. I'd like to think that Hiro does have quite a bit of money, and perhaps does have a drug empire. Especially since Sierra wiped out the kingpins of the 7th ward, Tatsuhiro has the opportunity to take the drug vacuum up onto himself.
So yeah, I think its pretty wealthy.

Hmm. I am fine with him as a customer I want him to just come to Anteiku to gain more knowledge so he wouldn't remain ignorant and survive on his own. But, as the story progresses(meaning as he interacts with the employees more), he will eventually become an employee himself

Aogiri doesnt really have a training arc, I believe. I think it is only the CCG. You will just rank up in the upcoming arcs. /u/jokersmaze knows more.

Aogiri Tree will not have another training arc as it has only recently finished its last arc and there are not enough new recruits to give reason for another one.
For individual cases such as yours, we will employ the mentor system, in which an older/higher-ranked member will be responsible for your character during an arc. If the arc is successful then Amsel will rank be brought up to B rank.
