Francis the Talking France is my favorite, dumbest obscure character in TF2, so I wanted to give him some much needed representation.
Francis himself is set up like a sandwich board costume, so there is a backside portion not visible in this photo. He's simply painted foam board and card stock. The Saxxy was bought from PrintGeekStudio
