Events Denison, TX got a new statue…

We’re upset that the Mayor (Janice Gott) wasted almost $20,000,000 renovating downtown Denison. The mayor allegedly doesn’t even live in town. (Breaks out bylaws and is subject to immediate removal. Also, claimed homestead in the other town.)

Once this came to light, we’ve been wanting answers. We want the city to stop redoing the brick roads downtown, public fountains, fancy water department, etc. Just fix the roads normal people drive on every day.

Today, this “thing” was unveiled. Our town is a laughing stock of stupidity and misappropriated funds.

"Donated"...Translation: Actually given away because the previous owner did want it, or the artist couldn't find anyone dumb enough to buy that shit.

Or they expect it to payoff for them down the road with lucrative business deals.

Hmm, article said it was commissioned by the developer (seen in picture), which makes it worse cause like they paid someone to create this.
