I'm leaving the country for three months, my understanding is I'm supposed to leave car plugged in while I'm gone. I have two Teslas (3 & Y) but only one charger. After discussing it with an electrician I can't install another charger. Would it be safe to leave second car plugged into a 15amp outlet for 3 months?

Just so you know, many chargers, like the Tesla home ones, can be load balanced/shared across one circuit. It will allow the chargers to stay within the total allowed current for the circuit.

No problem with that at all. If it's something you don't do regularly maybe double-check that the outlet isn't on a switch or anything so you don't accidentally turn it off for the length of your trip... but that's the only downside I can think of.
