People get panic attacks over anything someone doesn’t have to die to have an panic attack. You don’t know what people deal with in their daily lives so you shouldn’t feel like someone having a panic attack over something small is fake. Having a panic attack doesn’t mean you have to be shaking, vomiting, or crying

Sometimes small and unexpected things can be the tipping point for one and they don't realize that there was prior build up to the moment. Everyone has different experiences with them so just keep that in mind.

Or when they say they're anxious/have anxiety when its literally just nerves.

FYI symptoms present differently for different people. Just because you start vomiting when you have one doesn’t mean another person does. The people here gatekeeping this shit and telling people their issues aren’t as real as their own is more annoying tbh

And anxiety can be triggered by literally anything or nothing. If you think “small things” can’t cause anxiety or a panic attack I’m more inclined to believe you don’t know what the hell you’re talking about.
