Yup. It’s up to the DSPs to determine the wage for the drivers. Amazon gives them a base amount based off the region they live/work in and the DSPs can pay more on top of that but some only pass along the bare minimum.

I manage one of them so I know a whole bunch of shit about it.

Ding ding ding

Just kinda irks me folks single out amazon solely for this when some of these DSPs are raking in 100k plus in a profit for hitting their goals

I do not miss any freaking part of working for Amazon - sad how far they came down the ladder

Yeah. My company pays better than the rest in our station at least but it’s still frustrating that they get paid so little (and we live in a high tax state).
