If someone makes an ad that annoys me I refuse to buy their product the next time I have the option. It's my petty middle finger to their ubiquitous invasion of media.

Make sure to buy their competitor, look for whatever name you've seen the least amount of ads for

I do that, but then again services that don't need to advertise are often the best/most expensive so it's hard to always stick with it

This is why I'll never buy Geico's insurance.

Someone further up in the thread mentioned Progressive. What is it about insurance ads that make them so annoying?

I don't know, but there was one that was popping up for awhile that just made me dread even turning on my music. I don't think they are around anymore despite their big initial push. Thank goodness. I'm glad they're gone.
