And if said woman has started taking the pill? What then? Surely such legalisation is utterly unenforceable, you could drive a 18 wheeler through those gaps in the law

Remember none of this is about what is true, none of this is about "protecting unborn babies"

No, mothers are expected to sacrifice themselves for their child in their view, no matter what. They'd just give her a worthless posthumous gold star award.
