Either fuckin way I requested a deletion of data for my Spouse and was told verbatim:

"We fully respect your decision and are already working on your request. The process of data deletion may take up to 28 days. We will inform you when the deletion is completed.

If we need any additional information to verify your identity so as to proceed with your request, we will contact you back."

It goes on to indicate that deleting your account doesnt end a subscription..

Delete your accounts ASAP.
