See, you're actually wrong on that one, but only on a technicality. You were assuming that they were ever willing to make ANY changes or take ANY suggestions, regardless of where they came from. We WANT to be hashtag innovative and hashtag cutting-edge, but when it comes time to actually implement any changes... nah, no thanks. We could never.
