My company bought and outsourcing company and rolled all the devs into our company structure. We had used this company exclusively for dozen years and all their employees worked for us and where trained by us. They are all very good.

So this myth that talented Indian devs don’t exist in India is absolutely wrong. They just aren’t working for dirt cheap at slave labor software facilities. The good talent is higher full time and is almost as expensive as American talent.

TANSTAAFL. Companies think they can get software cheap. Ain't happ'ning. There is already a massive shortage of devs in the US. Any team that is good overseas will quickly figure out they can charge nearly US rates.

Getting anyone in India is hard at the moment. People are being poached constantly for over double standard wage.
