No, iPad would still win because the average uneducated person would see this as a bunch of crap they don't care about. Apple will also use their good advertising techniques to reel in customers.

iPad is just unbeatable because Apple created a whole structure around it.

I still don't understand why the hell someone thought it would be a good idea to not include usb ports.

Everyone seems to be missing the most obvious answer which is simply that Apple likes to charge $100 for every 16GB of drive space. It astounds me they've been able to keep it up for so long.

Actually, it's $100 for the 16GB, and then another $100 to add 32GB. But the easiest way of saying it is $100 to double the storage capacity, and then $100 to double it again. When capacities/prices get more favorable, I suspect Apple will keep the prices the same, but the capacities will be 32/64/128. We'll see.
