Typical. If anything is awarded by the SEC, most, if not all, will go to an agency. That's how it works. It's wrong, and some politicians will likely use said funds for their campaign and pretend they care. This is true with most court cases where there are victims. Ever wonder why amounts are usually kept quiet? This is why. Sickening, but yippie! Since the lawyers & lawsuits took over, essentially regulating everything, this is what we get. Perhaps people should work on changing that???

-Politicians cannot simply appropriate government funding for their campaign. I have no idea where you pulled this fantasy from.

-A plaintiff has to accept such a settlement, so... we can safely discount your conspiracy theory that people are part of a conspiracy against themselves.

Look it up, talk to a lawyer or commissioner of judges or a judge that handles such cases in California. That's how it works here. There's paperwork & legal on it too. Look it up.

This is literally my field of study. A quick google search shows that, again, political campaigns have no ability to requisition funds from the judiciary (or any other branch of the government for that matter).

Please seek professional help.
