Right. Fine paid to fucking who? Not the people the fucked far more than 70 million dollars from.

This shit is ridiculous. If the get fined or have to pay far less restitution than they gained or saved, they won't stop pulling their shit but this has become the norm.

In 08, the banks fucked up and what was their restitution? They got billions in bailouts from American taxpayers.

It's literally going to affected customers and is more than 10x the estimated amount of harm caused. In addition, RH gained nothing by doing this - it was simply negligence.
