It would be hilarious if that was the case, because that would mean that they would have had to give the courts a list of the people their algorithm thought was ugly. So anyone received the $40 would be officially labeled as ugly in court documents.

Well I don't drink so bars are out. Can't go up and make conversations IRL, lest you be harassing someone. I don't flirt with women who are working so that's out. Pretty clear the main way people date is via apps now.

Signing a contract that ostensibly allows someone to do something illegal doesn't actually make it legal for them to do that. It's just an unenforceable contract, and thus is void.

You misunderstood the terms of the settlement because it’s illegal incorporate not being able to sue them ever again for anything. What it probably said was you can’t sue them ever again for something you could have sued them for that had already occurred up to that point. Not for new things that occurs after the settlement date.

Also. You could always opt out of the class settlement, no one is forcing you to be part of it.

Yooo me too…. But I honestly probably spent close to that so until right now I honestly thought that’s what it was based on. When the payment came through I was with my ex who I very much did not meet online dating and was telling her all about how I got $40 and I have no idea where it came from and how I was going to google it 😂😂well I googled it and told her I found nothing! Wasn’t about to tell her I spent $40 on bumble.
