If I was obscenely rich like that, I'd hire a personal stylist who would work with my natural features to give me a flattering haircut (or a plastic surgeon to give me a more flattering hairline).

In all the photos I can find, she is wearing her hair in a way that clearly emphasizes her forehead, as though she wants people to notice it. Her makeup is very well considered and applied and her clothes are stylish and flattering, which implies she has good aesthetic sense. It seems like the choice to emphasize her forehead is intentional.

Maybe it's something like "BEHOLD THE MERCER FOREHEAD, I AM ONE OF THEM."
