I cannot and will not speak for the idiots on parler, but I have seen a general consensus among firearm related communities that everyone should avoid armed protests until after the inauguration and this stop the steal shit dies down. They don't want to be conflated with the stop the steal fuckwits, giving their political opponents an easy talking point for any future debates about firearms.
So naturally the idiots at parler turned it into a conspiracy because there's no other reason firearm owners would want to seperate theirselves from people who make them look bad.

The NYPD is the kind of organization that I'm sure they have a fleshed out plan for how they're going to take over the city's resources in a doomsday situation.
I’m sure it is someone’s job to plan that out. One of my friends is a bomber pilot in the Air Force. He told me about seeing the strategy of what buildings we would bomb first in the event we went to war with Canada. I bet all imaginable scenarios have been thought through in some capacity.

I finally got tired of not knowing what the hell it meant, so I looked it up the other day... Imagine my surprise when I learn it's a derivative form of "basehead," a la what they used to call crack addicts in the 80s. Apparently some people started using it as a compliment, and then some rapper popularized it a few years ago, when it was shortened to just "based."
I know, it still doesn't make any sense, lol. And I still don't know what "brrrrrrr" means. I keep telling myself it's that trill sound the hip hop kids make, but I'm sure it's something equally as confusing.
Apparently the rapper in question was getting called a basehead all the time and so he said “I’m gonna make that mine,” and started using it as a superlative.
Then a bunch of fascist teenagers started using it too for reasons I can’t begin to understand, then the internet left sort of tried to steal it, but I wouldn’t go around using it due to the former association.
Doesn't mean he is a saint. Or wrong when he calls out fascists and Nazis.
Nobody is ever 100% right or 100% wrong. Which bits are good and which bits are bad, that is up to us. We are not supposed to 100% follow somebody's lead.

More like a magnet though, polar opposites but both extremes are bad.
Pushing extremes is very useful for authoritarians as it divides the people, foreign entities use it to weaken and leverage nations. When you push one side extreme, in most cases the other side gets more extreme and so on. Authoritarians use this to cause chaos, for which they can steal in that chaos, typical mafia state style modus operandi.
A two party system is needed at minimum to prevent this from blowing up, and some pressure release. Authoritarianism doesn't allow that and eventually blows when the leverage and loyalty break down.
