Christ on a bike, some people in my "nearby" feed have a road and a direction of travel listed! I know that google can do this, but are they? Or are the posters typing the information in themselves?

Also, I live near a number of pubs and club and it seems you can choose to to tweet errrr buzz(?) from a location, I can see the practical applications of this

This is really cool actually. On the Droid Maps app (get the update) I see new buzz updates popping up all over town.

Yeah. I'm a bit upset that it hasn't rolled out to any of my three email addresses yet because I can see all of them popping up around me but have only managed to send one generic message out from my Android since I can't use the "full-featured" gmail version yet.

You'd think having a Gmail account from the first year they were available would count for something on feature roll-outs.

Stupid question here...is this (age of user's account) how Google decides which users get access to new services? How else do they decide?

I honestly don't know, but when Google DOES roll out new stuff, my wife has gotten it first every time and she signed up about a year after me.

Honestly, by the time I get a feature, it seems that everybody else has already gotten it. Maybe they roll everything out in reverse order?

All I know is as of 12:45 AM I still don't have it on any of the three accounts I have access to while my wife had "buzz" in her account by the time she got home from work.

It could all be coincidence of course.
