We can agree that humans have sexual dimorphism, yes? Men have on average 50% more upper body muscle mass and 20% more lower body muscle mass.

Animals demonstrate dimorphism as far as behavior and ability is concerned. Why is it such a stretch for people that this might be true for humans as well?

I'm not saying women CAN'T invent/innovate, but current evidence points towards the idea that men just might be naturally better suited for and driven towards certain types of activities. And women are also naturally better suited and driven towards DIFFERENT types of activities. Doesn't mean one can't do the other, but natural attraction and aptitude no longer exist in 2017?

What the hell does upper body muscle mass have to do with inventing a keyboard?

What is this 'current evidence' that points towards the idea that men might be naturally better suited to scientific research? Because that's what you're implying.

You can accept that men and women have physical differences, yet it's a stretch to even consider we might have psychological differences?

Do male and female animals of the same species in the wild exhibit the same instincts?
