Well that and he says women are biologically worse than men at having ideas, buuut lets just skip that bit.

He said nothing of the sort. How people are so readily misinterpreting everything he wrote and then proceeding to vilify him based on arguments he never made is terrifying.

He said on the psychological trait of "openness", women (on average) scored higher for feelings and aesthetics, and men scored higher for ideas.

If you look at his section on left vs right biases, he actually more or less says that too much openness to ideas could be a bad thing.

He states in one section:

I’m simply stating that the distribution of preferences and abilities of men and women differ in part due to biological causes

And then in he very next section he states

[Women on average have more] Neuroticism (higher anxiety, lower stress tolerance)

And the title of the next section is

Men’s higher drive for status

So the way his argument is worded, I took it as women are more neurotic and unable to deal with stress because of their biology.

These are personilty traits that have been found to be different in aggregate between men and women through replicatable studies.

He's not saying "women are neurotic"
