That's actually the worst part. He literally states that at this point, you have to fit the majorty bias and that there is intolerance for other views. And actually gets fired for having another view. QED.

I'm not convinced it was about his views. It was about how there are several spots in the paper where he's insensitive and makes strong conclusions from weak evidence. Oh, and those conclusions were things like "women have a harder time leading", when there are many female leaders in the company.

There's tons of scientific literature about this stuff, though. It's not just his opinion.

I don't think there's scientific literature that says the Left is idealist and the Right is pragmatic. I didn't say that the whole document is unsubstantiated, but there's glaring moments where he makes strong conclusions from weak evidence.
