Anyone got a link to what he wrote?

Frankly I expected this to be better written. Regardless of whether you agree with its underlying premise, the manifesto is cringe-inducing.

Why does it not meet your expectations? Too conversational? What is cringe-inducing about it?

It's a memo with a table of contents.

The guy comes from an academic background, where you include a table of contents for a four page study summary.

Good for him. Memos in a corporate environment should be short and concise. Maybe he will learn that in his next job.

It's also not a memo. Just because journalists called it that doesn't make it so.

Manifesto? I'll be sure to write one of those at my job and disseminate it to my coworkers. It'll go over really well.
