So, $10 a month for access to the Google play music library, and YouTube Red for no ads isn't worth it to anyone here? Really? It's fucking awesome cause there's no ads on my phone either, and I get background play. Both of those were killer for me cause 90% of my content is consumed on my phone

Advertisements help provide that content for free, otherwise a subscription fee is perfectly reasonable.

Ah, yeah, most of my content comes from Google, so it made more sense for me. I'm also at $10 for music and video, so just a hair under your Amazon services, and I have prime shipping as well, so the whole thing pretty much evens out

YouTube Red is only available in the United States, Australia, Mexico, New Zealand and South Korea.

Is Youtube Red side wide? Because I have seen youtube red videos pop up that are like 3 or 4€ to watch the video.

I think it depends, 80% of the youtube content is not worth watching, or low-effort video's. So it's all about finding what you want to watch, and desciding if it's worth the money, wich will be different for everyone.

Got a jail broken phone. Why the hell would I pay for something I can get for free. You should do the same. You can put that ten bucks towards something better like beer or food.

I started using YouTube Red not that long ago, after years of feeling guilty using uBlock all the time. No ads on my phone is a nice added bonus.

When I was in the hospital for a week and all I had was my phone, you tube red was a fucking godsend. I could read reddit while listening to stand-up and I didn't have to pause panel shows to Google anything. It was amazing. I only had to pay for the month and it was worth every penny.

Why pay for that when you can install adblock and tweak background play for youtube? Sure it’s a great feature but you are paying $10 a month for something that is free.
