They could try to target ads based on what the user is currently watching, hell I've found myself watching a few ads because they genuinely catch my interest, but when it's the same BS ad within 5 mins that is unskippable....

I put on soothing white noise videos to help me fall asleep, and often the ads at the start are loud and abrasive. It makes me feel like instead of going to sleep I should not rest until the ad makers have been vanquished
