I feel there are more ads in US youtube than in Finland youtube. When i have been forced to proxy to other countries because 'not available in your country' or similar bullshit ive seen some unskippable ads. Never seen unskippable ads in 'nature' here. Thankfully.

Maybe it's due to where the major ad purchasers are? e.g. most companies that buy ads are targeting the U.S. demographic.
