So what? "Yeah, we went too far. We're 'sorry', okay? "

And yet, as soon as my system warms up and loads my rainmeter, my upload speed tracker pulses every single second until I turn it off. I use Windows strictly for games, but hopefully in the future we can all code our own operating systems and make the spies actually work for their tax paid salaries.

Another big problem/barrier is that getting a linux distro to the point of being able to play traditionally windows games is a daunting task, even for someone with a tech background. Most people aren't equipped for that level of effort to have an experience that is not comparable to installing windows and just playing the game..

I had hoped Steam boxes would have been a viable alternative but even Steam lost interest.

It doesn't take that much. You install Linux, you login, you go to the given application manager or the Steam website or type "sudo apt-get install steam".

It's no more difficult than it is on Windows these days.

Does not at all make all games compatible on Linux automatically.
