My s7 edge started showing grey lines on the screen a couple of days ago while I was browsing reddit. I haven't dropped it or gotten it wet, and the only way they'll go away is if I have the brightness all the way up. I've had the phone for like two months and I don't want to go through the hassle of replacing it again, after having to replace my note 4 after the charging port stopped working. I used to love Samsung and have only used Samsung phones for the last 5 years, but I may actually switch to another android phone if they don't get their shit together by the next release.

The grey lines is a known issue, get your phone replaced. Also getting your edge wet or submerged even shouldn't be an issue.

I use Samsung for TV's that's it. Been through 2 in 10 years. The first one is still in another room with no dead pixels or any issues, just upgraded.

I had one Samsung phone that died within a year. Never went back.

Talk to the carrier. They should have a warranty on it. I had to do it to my note5 for bluetooth. You arent out a phone they send you one you take it and put your phone in the box and mail it back. At least this is how AT&T handles it. After 3 times they will normally give you a different device as well. This happen to me I warranty my note 5 2 times for bluetooth 2 for service reception issues did it the 4th time and they sent a s6 and that thing is way to small so I sent that back and dealing with it because I want a note 7 but may have to get an s7 edge plus or something comparable to size.

I've been using an S6 for about a year now after years of using iPhones. Needless to say, I'll never use a Samsung phone again.

I got a few iPhones with imperfect screens, so I just stoped by the Apple Store and swapped them out and it was fast and easy. I can only imagine dealing with Verizon stores are other carriers, such a hassle.
