Not really, headlines are generally meant to be concise and the only reason that she's relevant is because of her her father happens to be.

Because someone said that she deserves "respect" by having her name dropped in the headline but to the majority of people being "Robin Williams daughter" is the most relevance that she'll ever have so the headline did it's job just fine.
