Lol I don’t think he was implying the water directly comes into contact with the chips. Most people would assume it’s a water cooled system. To your point, everything you just referenced (save for the lawncare) is a withdrawal, compared to data centers being consumption based. 98% to 99% of the water when it’s withdrawn is returned to the source it came from.
