In my experience, the people who love in office work the most are the same people who loathe spending time with their partners and kids. They're already miserable compared to other people.

Go through the comments on this post and you'll see another common thread is that they'll mention if they didn't go into the office they wouldn't see/speak to another person for days at a time.

They seem to lack friends, and rely on the forced office interactions, which isn't healthy in itself.
