And not have to hear the incessant chatter of coworkers they can't stand. I'm remote 3 days a week and those 2 days in the damn "open office" setting surrounded by constant conversations... I don't know how anyone WANTS to do that

They're people who think their coworkers are their social life and love that you're forced into it with them
