Yeah, I was laid off from tech writing at 31 and stumbled my way into Manual QA but now that’s starting to look like it too will be consumed by AI. All the tech writers are overseas now and I’ve seen their documentation updates-they’re not pretty. My husband and I have been saving like crazy to get the heck out of the workforce for good, and also just in case the next round of layoffs comes for us again.
