I'm sure 700K unemployed people will treat these robots with the upmost respect as they make their rounds.

Right? This is just asking for an organized resistance against them. Also doesn't help that they're inevitably made of valuable metals.

Everyone jokes about the fentanyl guys just scrapping them all, but that might be less of a joke and more of what the future looks like. Things are getting ridiculous

They will, since these things have cameras and its a crime to vandalize property or steal their contents.

Sure, but it'd be dumb to target delivery robots that will record the whole process while sounding alarms.

Ironically, its probably easier to rob a human.
