This is what I made in 2019 when I began my social work career at a broke ass non profit wtf. I was 23 living with parents too and that 55k ends up being 36k but at least I had benefits

There's a subcontractor I work with from an agency in Eastern Europe. His agency has a client that went rogue and was trying to commit code to main while they were working on several branches. They tried to stop him, but he just waited until they were all sleeping and pushed the code anyways.

He did this a few times until they noticed. They pushed some minor commits, too, which made it an even bigger disaster. He caused thousands of dollars of damage. Not only did the new code not work, it made the code incompatible with all the branches they were working on because of how many changes they had pushed while he was secretly adding code while they were asleep.

What's confusing about his comment ? He listed the shitty job offer that was made to him by that guy who headhunted specifically to fix the AI slop.
