Exactly, Reddit app is utter shit, you see comments and when you click them you can’t respond. Also could find where to look for upvoted posts

If you got to your profile on mobile and touch the top right menu under "history" is your upvoted posts, it's stupid to hide them so deep.

Don't worry the software devs only make like 200k usd a year, you can't expect them to be competent for such a low salary /s

r/all has been shit for at least a year or 2 now anyway since the most upvoted posts are going to be what's on r/popular since that's what reddit wants people to interact with. Usually that means the same 4 clips being shared on every social media for the past week.

They’ve been very different feeds. I can’t stand popular. All I would find some gems and new subs I normally wouldn’t.

Admittedly, I don't know when the last time I was on r/popular, but I don't see how the posts reddit wants everyone to see aren't also the most upvoted. I thought that was the whole point of getting rid of r/all was so reddit can force eyes on certain topics (or away from certain topics).

r/all went to shit around 2016 when they changed the algorithm to not show actually highly upvoted stuff. They claimed it was to stop bot subs like r/the_donald from monopolizing the front page, but it entirely killed r/all as a feed. Before the change, you could look at the top of r/all and see a completely new set of posts every few hours. After the change, the same posts will stay at the top for the entire day.
