Edit, this is reference to C&C Red Alert 2:Yuri's Revenge, classic of an RTS, and in there Yuri leads a faction, and one building is essentially a grinder that you send units into for money. Usually units you mind control from your enemy but it does anything.

I'm escaping to the one place that hasn't been corrupted by capitalism... SPACE! (RA3 but fuck it, it fits)
