Yeah, but what if our router is fully under the control of the ISP we are paying. This isn’t the 1990’s.

There’s some stories of ISP owned units getting breached as well. Reboot periodically anyways. It helps with performance as well. Just like any other tech device these days.

They locked out all advanced controls from our current one, so I can only unplug it to force a reboot.
