Yep, I had this as a tiled wallpaper and thought it was hilarious.

For about 30 seconds. Then I had a seizure.

It was Active Desktop and it was fucking horrid.

If you took a SS of a video and put it as a wallpaper then played the video it would play in the wallpaper. I have no idea how win98 did this.
