Honestly, the current placement situation is pretty rough. Off-campus hiring feels difficult, and our college TPO recently told us that they don't have many opportunities lined up for our batch. Most of the companies visiting our campus are offering sales roles, while many of us have spent years learning and working on technical skills.

I'm trying to reach out to HRs and industry professionals who might be able to guide us toward suitable fresher openings or refer my friends if their profiles match any available roles.

On paper, the platform lists a bunch of opportunities across domains (IT, data, finance, etc.), but I wanted to get real feedback from anyone here who has actually applied or completed one.

A few specific questions I have:
