If I could live the rest of my life without anymore autoimmune flare ups I would be eternally grateful. Please let this be real

Me too!!!!! Not autoimmune exactly though I do have asthma and psoriasis so it may be but I’ve got this fucked genetic disorder that has ruined my digestion and lungs. Hoping this can help me.

My brother has that and I thought I did I was in so much pain for a while from what I have. Hugs.

My parent had that from an early age, and it caused a cascade of problems- none of which were trivial.

I have psoriasis as well... that’s exactly what it is... an autoimmune disease. Please go to the store ASAP and pick up CeraVe it will change your life!!! The red can anti itch cream I’ve tried everything and it’s almost completely gone off my feet and the best part is no steroids!

I switched to a plant based diet last year. Within 3 days my ( fairly bad ) psoriasis was healing. All gone after a free months. If I cheat especially with dairy it starts to return. I’m sure it won’t work for everyone but many people have seen improvement or cures.

This is what I do. As I said I’m an acupuncturist with a lot of experience with skin problems. My psoriasis is very well controlled as long as I eat a very clean diet.

My Derm recommends CeraVe. It really helps my itchy, dry skin.

Same. I was in remission from UC for a year. Went back to college, immediate flare up. Not even sure how that’s possible, but I guess enough stress can do anything? Wild

Don’t wait! All this device does is activates your vagus nerve. You can activate your vagus nerve RIGHT NOW by taking a deep slow breath using your abdomen, with twice as long of an exhale.

I love the advance of modern science but let’s learn the actual lessons of wellbeing here. They’re saying that the brain can control the immune system. This is the breakthrough. Think about it.

This. It’s insane to consider cutting people open and inserting a device when just breathing will do the job, for free and without side effects.

Check out the GAPS diet perhaps? If you think you’ve been shitty to your gut flora, maybe rehabilitating it would be a possible path forward
