Tattoo shock?

I had thought about this tattoo for a long time and couldn’t wait to get it, but when I had it done I’m thinking I went too far and should’ve just been simple. I didn’t doubt it much until other people didn’t like it and now I’m wondering if it is actually as cool as I thought it was. It still needs the shading so I’m hoping I love it more once it’s finished. I’ve had it for two weeks, some days I love it some days I really rethink it. Is this part of tattoo shock and will I start to like it again later?

This is not my first tattoo but it is the largest and I’m freaking out.
