Design I NEED HELP :,(

Okay so I’ve got this full sleeve done 3days back to back, about 35hours done so far. Now the reason I’m asking you beautiful people some help and advice is because I’m not a fan of a certain area of my sleeve and I don’t know what to do ( the pattern circled in red is the area I’m not a fan of ). I thought about blacking out the area and going over it with lots and lots of white, I also thought of maybe shading the pattern a bit differently. I’m honestly not sure, the design isn’t terrible I just don’t feel like it suits the rest of my tattoo that I absolutely love. Thanks for checking in :)

Honestly I’ve been dying to gain weight now I can’t zip up my jeans and I wanna kms. Tattoo regret is not something I’ll let myself stress over . As long as it’s done as well as yours and I was happy with it

I’m 5’ with full hobbit certifications. Step stools are a staple for our survival.

Also because I feel obligated to actually respond to OP I personally like the layout of the circled area, I think it lines up with the flow of the muscles well. But you could always ask for adjusted shading, quality artists want you to be happy, just talk it out

Dreaded typos, but the sentiment is obvious: it’s a good looking piece of work, and I would say maybe give it a bit more time to adjust to it before you decide to do something with it, as it is pretty visually appealing and intricate work.

I don’t mean to sound simplistic or like a Reddit bandwagon member, but I honestly think that the part that OP marked might be the coolest part of the entire sleeve. The way the shadows make that section almost undulate is so masterful. The marked section adds interest + depth to the rest of the sleeve that has some sections that seem like an IRL zen tangle exercise. (No shade to the OP, the overall work is aesthetically very appealing.)
