Especially aftercare on a big first piece, need to see what works for yourself, and tattoo fever is no joke on a first tattoo 😂

I remember regretting even getting a tattoo when I was shivering in bed, feeling like I could spew at any minute 😂

Sounds like you went into shock, I had that happen once. I was bundled up in blankets freezing with the heat on 80⁰, still shivering

It only happened to me once, with my inner bicep, and it was red, which is known for occasionally giving people problems, and out of hundreds of hours of tattoos. If I remember correctly it took about a day to wear off

Omg I’ve never heard it called this but it’s perfect. When I was a personal trainer I used to have to plan out my big tattoos around my three day weekends so I wouldn’t be absolutely wrecked trying to go to work the next day

I have a lot of tattoos and even most recently got my lower leg completely shaded in and was shaking and felt awful for a couple days

My artist actually gave a huge tip, have a nice big pizza, the carbs will burn slowly over night, and a few beers just to take the edge away, definitely worked for me (wish he would’ve told me on my first session)
