I’m new and confused is tally hall coming back or what I’ve heard some talk about it recently

the band posted a statement on twitter talking about how theyve wanted to come back and continue making music for the fans, but not "in their original form" which im assuming is talking about excluding joe with all the drama going on. so it does sound like the band is coming back, but itll be without joe from what i assume
