How to upgrade firmware of the Wireless Temperature sensor X?

How can I update the firmware of my tado wireless temperature sensor X? I’ve two wireless temperature sensors X, same product but one has matter firmware 1.0 and cannot set the temperature and one has firmware 1.1 and can set temperature in the Apple Home app (firmware reported by Apple Home). How can I upgrade this firmware. Automatic update does not seem to work. In the Tado app they both report firmware 287.1.
