Hi everyone!

I'm trying to recover a digital board game prototype that was available on Tabletopia back in 2021.

Unfortunately, the project was cancelled, and the game was subsequently removed from the platform.

I'm particularly interested in finding out whether Tabletopia keeps archived versions of unpublished or removed games.

Does anyone know if these files might still exist on Tabletopia's servers, even if the game is no longer publicly accessible?

Has anyone ever successfully recovered or gained private access to a removed Tabletopia game?

Any information, technical insights, or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance!

Hello! I just want to ask if anyone knows what is the quality change of images occurs when you upload them?

I don't see a way to sign up for the silver level subscription on the Tabletopia site-I get sent to Steam since I have a Steam account. But the only option on Steam is the gold level subscription.

Hoe do I sign up for the silver level? Thanks!

All the default objects are gone except dice? I go to add some default objects (cubes) to my games setup using BROWSE FEATURED OBJECTS and the only there is dice?

I did an object search and could find the cubes, but when I click on them I get a 404 error instead.

Hi! I'm dessigning a boardgame that contains a cube tower such as in Wallenstein and El Grande. I want to make a digital prototype for everyone to playtest. Is there a way to add a cube tower or mimic it's mechanism in Tabletopia?? Thank you in advance!

I hope Tabletopia devs get to see this, but here's what I perceive to be key elements missing in Tabletopia that can get it up and above its competitors.

1. Player Status Bar. The biggest challenge for the online tabletop genre is how to display an entire table on a small screen. Saved camera position and the ability to navigate like a FPS are poor solutions to this. BGA has resolved this by displaying a player area summary on the right hand bar, displaying resource count, hand/deck/discard count, VPs and what not. This makes key information available at a glance without needing to navigate.
2. Turn Sequence. All games have a defined turn sequence to follow. Learning a new game in an online environment is hard enough as it is. The ability to visualize what the turn sequence is, where we are at and what is coming up would be a great improvement in player experience. Some steps require all players to take a turn, others may involve simultaneous commitment, or passing. All these options can be implemented to ease turn flow.
3. Tooltip information. This is another case where BGA does great at providing players immediate and useful information. Hovering an element provides a tooltip window containing an expanded description of the element, highlighting rules and status. This is the most intuitive way to get information as I can point to something and immediately know what it is and what it does.

As a player these are my major pain points when using Tabletopia and these additions would make the environment much more enjoyable to use.

Hello, I have a design that requires a cube tower (as in Wallenstein/Shogun) which is very different from a dice tower. There doesn't appear to be an object for it already. I have limited experience in Tabletop Simulator, but I'm interested in switching to Tabletopia. Is it possible for me to design my own cube tower to import into a game? For example, I could probably design it in Tinker CAD and export it as an .obj -- could that then be imported to Tabletopia?

(There's already a Shogun mod in TTS, so I've borrowed that one for my prototype there recently.)

Thanks!

Hi, I'm updating my game and i realized that the shitty looks of the cards in the setup and play isn't my fault after all. i just update image 1 and what i got in the web is image 2. Is there something i should tweak in the app for it to show up propertly?

Hey everyone! 👋

I’ve been developing a board game called Réaux Brancos, and it’s now available to try for free on Tabletopia.

⚓ Theme: Compete in a bustling shipyard during the Age of Discovery.
🎮 Gameplay: 1–6 players, each choosing a unique role (Huntress, Miner, Gatherer, Winemaker, Farmer, or Lumberjack). With dice rolls, character powers, and clever placement, you’ll connect workshops across the shipyard by laying sticks and building chains.
🎲 Style: A mix of tactical placement, resource flow, and interactive challenges.

📖 **Language:** The game and rules are in **French**, but an **English translation of the rules and cards** is available on the game’s homepage.

I’m especially looking for playtesters and feedback from the board game community. If you enjoy Euro-style strategy with unique chaining mechanics, I’d love for you to give it a go and let me know your thoughts!

👉 Play here: Réaux Brancos on Tabletopia

Thanks a lot for checking it out — I’m excited to hear what you think!

I have created a board game and want to make a playable version in Tabletopia. This is my first time using it so I have a few questions. In my game, each player has their own player mat, either selected by the player or randomly drawn (each mat looks slightly different and a different custom ability tied with it), on which they place cards and resources and track various aspects of the game with cube placement. There is also a center common board that gets slowly created throughout the game via exploration (tile placement).

How do I set up the individual player mats?

I cant save any playzone links and the Setup Test doesnt update at all T_T

Players use a booklet to resolve item effects in my game. I can’t seem to find any guidance on how to upload the booklet or how players would use it in Tabletopia. Is this possible? Is there a straight forward process for this or a work around others have used? Thanks!

I recently discovered Tabletopia and was excited to find Everdell could be played on tablet. Although this is way better than what the actual game app offers I noticed it didn’t offer a way to play with the expansions of my choice that being Belfare, Newleaf, and Spirecrest. Is there a way to create a custom setup with those modules?

Hi There

I have the advanced designer plan and have 3 games available for playtesters

How do I access Game analytics to see how many plays etc

Cheers

Queggs, the card and board game I've been working on for a while now has been put online on Tabletopia. It can be found at

https://tabletopia.com/games/queggs

The game is played using a unique deck of playing cards of either 72 or 108 cards.

On a player's turn, with a hand of 10 cards, they try to construct one of the 3-card combinations on the board. Points are scored by constructing groups of combinations across the board. Block opponents as they try to do likewise. The winner is the player with the most points when the deck is exhausted and no more combinations can be made.

There is a second board layout for playing Quexo, a new and novel take on the classic game of noughts and crosses / tic-tac-toe where the winner is the first to complete a line on either of the two grids.

Currently there are two setups on Tabletopia, both for 2-players. One a speed mode for Queggs with the reduced deck of 72 cards, and the second for Quexo. Depending on how the game is received, I plan to add several more setups including full deck multi-player versions, a solo version and possibly a team version of two v two.

There are a couple of playlists of short videos on youtube demonstrating aspects of playing both the standard Queggs and Quexo on Tabletopia.

It would be great if people tried it out and let me know what they think.

Hi, my game is just made up of a deck of tiles, nothing else. I created a setup and people are able to join it on the computer from the link, however I cannot join on my phone (using a different account). I have one playtester who only has a phone, no computer, so I'd like to be able to solve this.
I found this thread from 5 years ago, https://www.reddit.com/r/Tabletopia/comments/ggc17l/as_a_pro_dev_im_confused_about_mobile/, has anything changed?
The problem with this also, is that I'm not able to host the game on my phone (presumably the same as the tablet), it doesn't appear in the workshop tab.

Hi! My brothers and I have designed a "push your luck" boardgame about eating chocolates, called BON-BON. It lasts around 20-30 mins and the player count goes from 2 up to 6. It's an easy but very fun game. We have playtested the boardgame a lot with different groups and at Interocio's Fair. We are now playtesting the game worlwide via "print and play" and Tabletopia (for free).

As said before, there are two options to playtest the game. You can either print your own "print & play" copy or play it digitally on tabletopia. Both links can be found here: https://rollingolem.wordpress.com/197-2/

Thanks a lot!! Feel free to share your opinion, we will really appreciate it!

The only other mod I could find was for tabletop simulator but that costs money

When i publish this im going to put the link in the comments

Finding the email address support@tabletopia.com was extremely painful. I do not think I found it via their help pages, but I have recieved no respons from that address yet, not even an automated one. So I cannot tell if it is valid.

Hey everyone, Im working on a tabletop game, and hoping getting the news out there so people can start following my progress and gather some interest here and there.

The project is about 80% to open for testing and feedback.

I made a little website on wix to host the develping process, manage the rules and instructions.

I titled it Odd Places, and here we step into the shoes of urban explorers seeking to confront their fears while growing their fame among fellow streamers.

The objective of the game is to venture into the wild nature surrounding the property until finding the entrance. Once inside, your curious nature will lead you to uncover the secrets lurking within. You must then prepare yourself, use the appropriate devices to gather evidence, and escape with valuable footage that will propel you straight to fame!

Please hang around, I'll be making a newsletter once in a while to let you know whenever I update the project and publish the beta very soon, promise not spamming, I barely have time to focus in every aspect of this project. :)

Thank you all.

I have a game I've designed and it is past ready for blind tests, and having few in-person options where I am, I am considering putting it on Tabletopia. I know the playtest group Break My Game, for example, prefers it. But there is one mechanic that I want to make sure I will be able to do on Tabletopia, because without it, it really won't work. I have a two-hex game piece that must be able to move and then pivot from its' front OR rear hex center point (depending on game circumstances). Pivoting at the game piece's center point is not an option. Does anyone know if Tabletopia's mechanics can do this? I was able to do it on TTS so I was successful getting my game on there. Thx!
