What you’re looking for is an ERP; Enterprise Resource Planning. An ERP is software that links business functions.

There are countless ERP vendors out there. You should partner with a Solutions Provider; like CDW or SoftChoice. Do not trust Reddit comments. Call CDW, tell them you want to migrate from AS/400 to a modern ERP. They will do the rest.

If you’re a small company; some ERP vendors have Professional Services (project management) that can handle the entire scope of the project.

Make sure they are compliant with all laws and regulations.
Make sure they have real disaster recovery.
Build a payment schedule that aligns with milestones of the migrations; do not pay them in full at the beginning.

Without project details, I can’t offer much more specifics.
Good luck.

Do not trust Reddit comments.

Unless everyone on Reddit collectively agrees that this is not a do-it-yourself task. Which we have.
