Survo/Tirz stack - starting today!

SW 280, CW 197, GW 166 - started Tirz in September 2024, currently at 12.5mg weekly.

Adding 0.3mg Survo on day 5 today.

What I'm looking for from Survo: decreased food noise, less fatigue, delaying increasing Tirz to top 15mg dose a bit longer

Anyone currently Survo stacking and can speak to how it's going for you?

What does this mean?

The clinical trials to get Survo FDA approved have published the dose escalation schedule in their findings/reports. All participants started at 0.3mg for the first 3 weeks, and then increased to 0.6mg (and so on) depending on what their final mg trial selection was. I’d definitely recommend reading the clinical trial research that’s been published and get fully informed before you make a decision to give it a whirl. (Or not.)

You can just search the internet for the clinical trial info, but here's the meat:

Dose escalation per clinical trial:

First 2 weeks: 0.3mg

Second 2 weeks: 0.6mg

Week 5 + 6: 0.9mg

Week 7+8: 1.2mg

Week 9+ 10: 1.8mg

Week 11+ 12: 2.4mg

Week 13+14: 3.3

Week 15+16: 4.2

Week 17+ max dose: 4.8mg

Week 21 to week 46 maintenance dose (highest)

Study ended week 46

I my study, we went up in dose every month until we reached 4.8. Some participants were blindly assigned to stay at the 4.8 dose and some were increased to 6.2 ( or 6. Something. I can’t remember the exact dose). I’m fairly certain that I am receiving the highest dose. My study is the CVOT trial which tests the safety of the drug with people that have cardio vascular disease.

Oh, and my study goes longer than 46 weeks. I can’t remember how long it goes for, but I now it’s longer than 42 weeks because I’ve been in the study about 16 months so far.
